More About Becky

Becky has spent the last 20+ years as an HR leader supporting innovative companies from start-up stage to maturity. She built the HR team as employee #5 at a startup in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she earned distinction as the #1 small business in the “Best Places to Work in the Bay Area” awards from the San Francisco Business Times. She loves building from the ground up and has a passion for creating smart and efficient solutions that work seamlessly in dynamic work environments.

Becky comes to Swift HR Solutions from a professional employer organization, where she served as a Principal HR Strategy Consultant for 6 years. She supported clients in a variety of industries, including technology, nonprofit, professional services, financial services, and more. She enjoys partnering with leaders to develop HR practices that align with their culture, mission, and goals. Her strengths include employee relations, benefits, and performance management. She takes an agile and tech-savvy approach to building stage-appropriate HR strategies for growing clients.

Becky holds a dual degree in English Literature and French Language from Whitworth University. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, is a Certified Workforce Mediator and Trainer, and was recently certified in People Analytics for HR by HCI.

Becky is actively involved in the local community as a board member for local nonprofit organizations. She leads two book clubs, is an avid gardener, and loves to cook. She also enjoys traveling around the world with her husband and her camera.
