She has worked for Fortune 500 companies, Danaher and Fortive, along with many small and medium size businesses helping them build their infrastructure, teams, and culture. With proven expertise in global HR, she has participated in mergers and acquisitions, and global expansion initiatives, ensuring successful integration of people, processes, and cultures.
With a strong strategic focus, Deanna enjoys developing leaders at all levels through coaching, training, and influence, resulting in employees feeling more connected, engaged, empowered and inspired to do their best work. She takes a proactive approach to relationship building, through transparency, authenticity, and approachability. Deanna has an executive coaching certificate from Center for Creative Leadership, is a past certified trainer for Ken Blanchard Companies Situational Leadership, and is an active member of the HR Roundtable, a Seattle-based network of HR Professionals in Technology companies.
