More About Kristina
Kristina is a seasoned “people practice” leader who is passionate about advancing effective human resource strategies and solutions to align and promote organizational results. Kristina chose the HR Career Path as an undergraduate at Pacific Lutheran University and as a result, has purposely contributed to organizations both local and national for the past 30 years.
Kristina brings a broad view of HR practices and infrastructure from the following industries: retail, manufacturing, advertising, healthcare, telecommunications, IT, real estate, hospitality, broadcasting, and gaming. She has supported well established institutions, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions as well as navigating the complexities of taking a company public. Most recently, Kristina performed senior HR roles with Radia P.S. Inc, Virginia Mason and Group Health serving as a trusted advisor to diverse client groups. Kristina brings a healthy sense of humor to her work and has a specific interest in facilitating the improvement of both individual and organizational Conflict Competence in support of change tolerance. She enjoys both strategic and tactical work – for her it’s always about being responsive and making a difference.
After working for several years and serving as the President of Alumni Association for the School of Business, Kristina returned to Pacific Lutheran University to complete her MBA in 1998. She is a past board member for Lake Washington Human Resources Association (LWHRA) where she established a partnership with the Seattle Jobs Initiative (SJI) resulting in an annual “give back” event between graduating SJI students and local HR professionals.
