Lisa is a well rounded human resources professional with over 25 years experience as both a hands-on HR practitioner and a strategic leader in a variety of small, medium and large organizations, union and non-union. Her human resources experience spans the industries of hospitality, health care, commercial and residential real estate, non-profits, law and retail. She has held top HR leadership positions with several local companies, including Restaurants Unlimited, Inc., Swedish Health Services, Safeco Properties, and Westin Hotels.

Lisa’s approach to human resources emphasizes collaboration, creative problem solving, and expanding the human resources competencies of an organization–determining the best solutions within the context of a particular company’s culture and values. Her intuitive understanding of the impact of human resources issues on overall business goals makes Lisa a highly effective business partner.

Lisa is a lifetime certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a certified Mediator (Institute for Conflict Management). Her college education includes studies in human resources management (Seattle Pacific University) and music performance (Oberlin College and Conservatory).
