Michael Cindric is an award-winning, performance-driven HR Executive that has led organizations through various business environments including start-ups, change, revitalization and accelerated growth.  His comprehensive HR Generalist experience in recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits, training and HRIS technology has been a strong contributor to organizational success.

Michael’s HR career spans more than 30 years with top organizations such as Comcast, T-Mobile and Eddie Bauer.  He has partnered with Senior Leadership teams through front line employees to help them grow their personal and professional careers utilizing his expertise in team building, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia.  He is also qualified in Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and certified as a Labor Relations Professional by the HR Policy Association.  Michael served 5 years on the Board of Directors for Hire America’s Heroes focused on helping Corporate America better understand the skills and talents veterans can bring to public and private organizations.
