Nikki is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) who is passionate about helping organizations and the people within them achieve their highest potential. She has worked for global Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Starbucks, and AT&T Wireless, as well as multiple small to mid-size organizations, helping them build their infrastructure and cultures. An expert in change management, she has participated in multiple mergers and acquisitions by conducting due diligence, audits and ensuring successful integration of people and processes. Nikki has experience in a wide variety of industries including high-tech, retail, aerospace, and manufacturing.
Recognized for her strategic focus, Nikki enjoys partnering with management to engage in forward-thinking action that aligns with company initiatives. Developing leaders is her passion and she utilizes strong skills in coaching, communication and influence to accomplish this. Nikki believes in a proactive approach to employee relations through relationship-building and establishing a high level of transparency and authenticity. She has a Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, a Certificate in Organizational Development, certifications in Training Instructional Design, Delivery and Facilitation, as well as multiple coaching tools and behavioral assessments such as DiSC and Birkman.
A proven virtual nomad, Nikki has lived in Central and South America and has enjoyed learning Spanish as her second language. She stays true to her values around curiosity and creativity by exploring the world, spending time in nature, photographing wildlife, and whatever artistic and musical endeavor she can get her hands on. Whether it is walking with elephants in Africa, diving with Great White Sharks, learning to dance Salsa, or helping a company evolve and find success, she is always ready for challenge and adventure!
