As they say, change is the only constant. Whether it’s an office move, the departure of a respected team member, a reorganization, or the launch of a new tool or system, managers face change – and resistance to change – each day.
This workshop explores the manager role in the context of change leadership. Managers are the stewards of organizational change, translating strategic decisions and unplanned impacts into operational actions. As you plan for, navigate, and facilitate change in your organization, you set the tone and expectations for team members. Using a model for successful change, you’ll learn the strategies and actions necessary to move others through change, from raising awareness, to managing resistance, to reinforcement. We’ll discuss change management best practices and you will receive a change assessment tool to help in planning, managing, and evaluating changes within your organization.
