Joyce Pardi has over 20 years of recruiting experience within technology companies, from helping to grow small startup companies with a shoestring budget, to recruiting for large corporations. She has successfully recruited for local and global technology consulting firms as well as staffing firms both as an independent contributor as well as at a director level overseeing talent management and acquisition.
Joyce is a responsive, high quality recruiter with a deep candidate network across software development, operations, marketing project management and IT infrastructure.
