Joyce Pardi has over 20 years of recruiting experience within technology companies, from helping to grow small startup companies with a shoestring budget, to recruiting for large corporations. She has successfully recruited for local and global technology consulting firms as well as staffing firms both as an independent contributor as well as at a director level overseeing talent management and acquisition.

Joyce is a responsive, high quality recruiter with a deep candidate network across software development, operations, marketing project management and IT infrastructure. She is creative, articulate and passionate, she knows how to network with the right people and utilize the best resources to hire exemplary employees. Her diverse background in human resources, talent management and recruiting gives her a unique understanding of what a company is looking for in a candidate to develop candidate profiles early in the recruiting process. She is great at understanding big picture company goals and the impact recruiting has on successfully tracking to them. Joyce is known by her peers for her ability to dive deep on very technical, hard to fill roles and has successfully found many “purple squirrels.”

Outside of her work at Swift, Joyce loves exploring new places and embarking on active travel adventures including biking, hiking and red wine tours.
