    Participants journey through the 5 phases of successful change and practice 3 skills to better enable them to embrace change as a positive. We review communication strategies that support productive alignment towards a shared goal.

  • This 60-minute interactive session highlights the importance of personal accountability in reaching individual, team, and organizational goals. Participants examine the link from individual performance to organizational success while learning how to structure SMART goals. We go outside the box to creatively address the challenges team members can face in developing goals, then discuss quantitative and qualitative metrics that help us track success. Using samples created in other organizations, participants enjoy weighing in on the efficacy of proposed goals as they assess them against the SMART model.
