New Manager Development

New and developing managers gain knowledge, skills, and confidence in this interactive workshop. Great managers know that what made them successful in past positions isn’t necessarily what will fuel success when managing others. In this 2-hour session, we explore the manager role and best practices to lead, develop, and engage others. A management self-assessment provides insight and focus to support professional development. From effective one-on-ones to addressing performance concerns, we cover the “how to’s” and the “what if’s” while gaining tips, tools, and templates to support sustained management success. Participants engage in polls, breakout room challenges, and chat discussions during this interactive session.

Clear & Meaningful Feedback

If feedback is a gift, why are we sometimes reluctant to share it? We may view feedback as a corrective action that can result in conflict. In this 2-hour session, we frame feedback as a critical investment in others’ success. In setting expectations, empowering others, and providing clear feedback, we help our team grow. When we ask for and receive feedback graciously, we model the way for a healthy feedback culture. Learn 5 feedback best practices and an impactful model to provide constructive and appreciative feedback that drives results.

Coaching For Peak Performance

Leaders who approach management with a coaching style fuel long-term success and professional development. With a shift from transactional to coaching leadership we actively foster an engaged culture where people can thrive. In this interactive 2-hour session, we’ll discuss the characteristics of a coaching leader, identify coaching best practices, and learn how to use a simple coaching model to drive meaningful and actionable discussions. With a focus on supporting success rather than directing actions, participants learn how to engage team members while creating developmental partnerships.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellation notifications received at least one day prior to the virtual workshop start date, you will be eligible for one registration transfer to the next available virtual workshop date, at no charge.

  • For cancellation notifications received less than 24 hours prior to the virtual program start date or non-attendance, you will be charged 100% of the total workshop fee.

  • In the unlikely event that a program is cancelled due to unforeseen events, we will contact you to arrange a transfer to another workshop date.
