Miranda takes pride in her people-first approach, aligning process, technology, and operations to achieve bottom-line results. Known as a problem solver who thrives on wrangling chaos into order, Miranda has over 20 years of experience in scaling rapidly growing organizations and building people teams, process, and best practices from the ground up. She has specialized expertise in designing and executing people strategies, total compensation programs, employee development and training, performance management, process improvement, employer branding, M&A, ESOP, succession planning, and downsizing. She has led HR functions in a multi-state (30+) environment and established a subsidiary office in Canada. With her unique experience in operations, Miranda brings strong business acumen and business know-how.

Miranda is naturally curious and passionate about continuous learning. She holds an MBA with a minor in International Business from Washington State University and has earned several certifications, including SHRM-SCP, PHR, GPHR, SHRM Certification in Investigations, and Prosci Change Management certification.

Outside of work, Miranda loves exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest on her mountain bike or camping with her husband, stepson, and two fur babies. She enjoys national and global travel, including leading numerous non-profit volunteer trips to Ghana, Africa. Additionally, she has a passion for crafts, sewing, cooking, and movies.
