Shannon Swift is the CEO of Swift HR Solutions, Inc. Prior to starting Swift HR Solutions in 2004, she held executive HR roles at GoAhead Software, Nastech Pharmaceutical, and Health Team Northwest, formerly Home Health Care of Washington. She has also held senior level business development roles in outsourcing firms TriNet VCO and PMSI.

Shannon’s passion and expertise is in facilitating effective growth/building capacity in organizations. She has extensive experience in growing human resource infrastructure from start up or early-stage to mid-size, mid-stage organizations. Shannon also opened, developed, and managed TriNet VCO’s first successful branch office (in Bellevue, Washington), after which she added managing four other branch offices around the country. She works effectively with executive teams and boards of directors to ensure that all HR efforts and results are aligned with corporate values and organizational objectives.

Shannon is a University of Washington graduate (Psychology & Business), and has achieved lifetime certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She has served on non-profit boards for 30 years, including LWHRA/SHRM (1993-2000, Chapter President in 1999 and “Member of the Year” in 2002); Northwest Entrepreneur Network (2007-2013, Board Chair from 2009-2011); Washington Technology Industry Association (2013-2023); and Entrepreneur Organization (2014-present, EO-Seattle Chapter Board 2014-2018, Chapter President 2018-19, EO-West Regional Council 2019-present, and EO-Seattle Board Advisor 2023-24). Shannon was recognized as one of the2009 “100 Top Women in Seattle Tech” by Tech Flash, and was also honored with the “Best Service Provider to Start Ups” award by Seattle 2.0.  Shannon is a frequent public speaker on various human resources topics.

Lorraine has experience leading human resources and talent acquisition in industries that span healthcare and entertainment technologies, legal services and transportation. She has held the top HR role with ABC Legal Services, Electronic Evidence Discovery and Lumedx, along with senior roles at Sierra On-line and FedEx.

Lorraine’s passion and expertise lie in driving value through employee engagement and innovative human resource and talent solutions along with a philosophy of continuous learning. Her results driven approach, business acumen, and commitment to integrity, provides the ability to easily partner with leadership teams as a trusted adviser.  Lorraine has broad human resource and talent acquisition expertise that ensures desired outcomes and aligns organizations to meet their overall goals, while remaining true to their culture and core values.

Lorraine holds an MS in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a BA in Psychology, from California State University, Sacramento.  She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of both local and national chapters of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Lorraine is also certified in DiSC.

Lorraine loves summers in Washington! She enjoys hiking, kayaking and exploring new parts of the state with her family, while enjoying the sun.

A results-driven human resources leader, Kendra develops and implements solutions that fuel company strategy and enhance organizational effectiveness. She draws from her background in business management and top HR roles at technology, professional services and nonprofit organizations to optimize human resources in regional, national and global environments.

With a collaborative and energized style, Kendra brings trusted business partnership and a fresh perspective that aligns talent, business and culture. She has expertise in manager and leadership development, organizational design and optimization, project management, organizational change, and HR function design and optimization. Laura joined Swift HR Solutions 20 years ago and has touched nearly every part of the business throughout its history. She has played a pivotal role in shaping operations and guiding the company’s growth. Laura is a problem solver and often wears many hats to help the business run smoothly and with the highest level of quality. Laura collaborates with and supports a team of HR consultants and leaders while also coordinating training and development workshops.

Laura has a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, baking and spending time with her family. She also loves to explore the PNW and travel to tropical locations whenever possible.

As an Operations Manager at Swift HR Solutions, Jennifer works closely with the CEO and COO to ensure the compliance and efficiency of company activities. With over 15 years of experience in business operations, recruitment, human resources management, and organizational development, she knows how to handle complex and diverse challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Jennifer successfully managed the Operations team at Crossover for Work, and has experience as a Talent Success Advocate, where she provided customer service and support to candidates throughout their journey.

Katy helps drive the visibility and growth of Swift HR Solutions by promoting our high quality services and success stories.

She spent a decade in corporate roles with GE and A Place for Mom and later worked with many small businesses through her content marketing company. Katy has a marketing degree from Texas A&M University.

Katy lives in Seattle with her husband and two kids and loves to camp and hike.

April has Human Resources experience that ranges from large global companies to small start-ups within various industries, including technology, innovation, finance and retail.  She has held senior HR roles with global companies doing business in nearly all U.S. states, as well as APAC, EMEA, and Canada. She has also served as an “army-of-one,” building out HR capacity for small tech and consumer companies tailored to their unique business objectives.

Approachable and proactive, April quickly builds strong working relationships and serves as a trusted advisor able to execute nimble solutions. Her extensive experience with M&A, legal compliance, organizational development, employee relations, people policies and the engagement of unicorn talent is valued by her clients.

April received her B.A. in International Relations from Manhattanville College. She is a member of SHRM, with senior and global certification, and engages with Seattle, U.S. based and global HR professional networks.

On the weekends, April can be found exploring nature or cheering near a soccer pitch.

Becky has spent her career as an HR leader supporting innovative companies from start-up stage to maturity. She built the HR team as employee #5 at a startup in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she earned distinction as the #1 small business in the “Best Places to Work in the Bay Area” awards from the San Francisco Business Times. She loves building from the ground up and has a passion for creating smart and efficient solutions that work seamlessly in dynamic work environments.

Becky came to Swift HR Solutions from a professional employer organization, where she served as a Principal HR Strategy Consultant for 6 years. She supported clients in a variety of industries, including technology, nonprofit, professional services, financial services, and more. She enjoys partnering with leaders to develop HR practices that align with their culture, mission, and goals. Her strengths include employee relations, benefits, and performance management. She takes an agile and tech-savvy approach to building stage-appropriate HR strategies for growing clients.

Becky holds a dual degree in English Literature and French Language from Whitworth University. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, is a Certified Workforce Mediator and Trainer, and was recently certified in People Analytics for HR by HCI.

Becky is actively involved in the local community as a board member for local nonprofit organizations. She leads two book clubs, is an avid gardener, and loves to cook. She also enjoys traveling around the world with her husband and her camera.

Beth has supported many types of businesses in her career from fast-paced start-ups to more established Fortune 500 organizations. As a trusted human resources advisor, she has varied experience working in the technology, biopharmaceutical, communications, consumer-packaged goods, reinsurance and staffing industries.

Beth has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Saint Louis University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Missouri, Saint Louis. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

In her spare time, Beth enjoys adventure travel like her recent trips to Antarctica and the Galapagos Islands as well as a trek through the Himalayas in Nepal, and a 2 week hike along the coasts of Ireland. She also has studied Reiki energy healing for 9 years and is a certified Reiki Master.

After various HR roles at the Westin Hotels corporate offices, Caprice became the first head of HR at tech startup Bsquare where she oversaw its growth from 40 employees to over 600. She has since held dozens of leadership and consultant roles in high tech, hospitality, schools and health care. Caprice has delivered hundreds of presentations on topics ranging from performance improvement to respectful workplace. She has overseen the opening and closing of hotels and technology company offices in the U.S., Mexico, Germany, Japan, and Taiwan.

Caprice is passionate about providing better value for investment in people by aligning HR best practices with corporate strategy, vision, and mission. Her expertise is in working with business leaders to design and implement effective HR systems in alignment with company goals. She has worked with small and mid-sized companies through periods of rapid growth as well as layoffs. Both a skilled strategic business partner to company executives and a trusted employee advocate, Caprice has special depth in benefits, compensation, and cost containment.

Caprice received her M.A. from the University of Washington and her B.A. from Willamette University, and speaks five languages. She is a member of SHRM and the High Tech Human Resources Roundtable and regularly attends continuing HR education seminars.

She loves to entertain, read, do crosswords, play tennis and play pickleball. Caprice also loves spending time with her husband, son and her cat.

Crystal has supported HR operations across various industries including gaming, staffing, healthcare, and hospitality.

Crystal’s expertise encompasses a wide range of HR functions, with a particular focus on benefit administration, HRIS systems, and comprehensive onboarding/offboarding. She leverages her extensive knowledge and skills to optimize HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Crystal has her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Washington University. She is a native of the Pacific Northwest residing in Sammamish, WA with her husband and two kids. She loves to travel, play golf, hike with friends and spend time with family as often as she can!

Deanna is passionate about helping organizations and their people achieve their highest potential. She has expertise in leading a comprehensive mix of HR functions for technology companies that are experiencing rapid growth and change. Deanna is recognized for her process improvement orientation and her ability to align HR goals with strategic business objectives across a wide variety of industries, including biotechnology, manufacturing, hospitality, software and cybersecurity. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies, Danaher and Fortive, along with many small and medium size businesses helping them build their infrastructure, teams, and culture. With proven expertise in global HR, she has participated in mergers and acquisitions, and global expansion initiatives, ensuring successful integration of people, processes, and cultures.

With a strong strategic focus, Deanna enjoys developing leaders at all levels through coaching, training, and influence, resulting in employees feeling more connected, engaged, empowered and inspired to do their best work. She takes a proactive approach to relationship building, through transparency, authenticity, and approachability. Deanna has an executive coaching certificate from Center for Creative Leadership, is a past certified trainer for Ken Blanchard Companies Situational Leadership, and is an active member of the HR Roundtable, a Seattle-based network of HR Professionals in Technology companies.

She is adept at helping businesses develop leaders and overall people strategies reflecting the organization’s mission, visions, and values, thereby developing a productive and profitable culture in which employees are happy, and the leadership is proud.

Debra’s special interests include Strategic HR/Operations/ Business/Process Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusive initiatives, metrics, organizational and leadership development, employee relations, talent acquisition, strategic planning, HRIS systems, efficiency studies, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) analyses. Debra enjoys resolving challenges head-on as they arise, and working with teams and business partners is pure joy to her. She recognizes that people are the core of the business, every business!

Debra attended the University of North Carolina for Accounting and Business Management studies and holds a BA in Human Resource Management from Strayer University and a Master’s in Management & Leadership with a concentration in HR Management from Jack Welch Management Institute. Debra is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP and is also a Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR). She has served on the Board of Directors for Art Serve (Chairman and Governance Committee) and Mental Health America (Chairperson and Membership Development Committee; and a mentor for Women in Executive Leadership at Florida Atlantic University.

Eve has broad and diverse experience in human resources with a primary focus on transformation in small to medium sized, fast growing and changing organizations. Born and raised in Alabama, she has a deep appreciation for earnest work and caring for people, which led to studies and a career in human resources.

Eve has held a variety of roles always covering human resources, but also branching into finance, administration, operations and operational leadership. In her most recent role, she led both HR and Administration for a high growth senior living and sustainable housing organization. Eve has worked in a variety of industries with experience in retirement communities, healthcare, sustainable housing, hospitality, construction, technology, cloud development, manufacturing and distribution. While a generalist by nature with broad skills, her expertise lies within corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, total rewards, system implementations, process improvement, leadership development and recruitment.

Eve graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources. She holds certifications as both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

In her spare time, Eve enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and their daughter. They are animal lovers with three cats, two guinea pigs and multiple aquariums.

Fred Holt has extensive human resources experience with fast-paced, high-growth technology companies. He has a track record of helping complex organizations maximize their vital human capital to create highly successful enterprises.

His expertise with small and large businesses gained through three decades of consulting and full-time leadership assignments results in a pragmatic approach that serves to align human resource initiatives with business objectives. His areas of expertise include human resource management, recruiting and retention, organization development, and merger and acquisitions analysis and integration.

Fred was Vice President of Human Resources at Photobucket where he was responsible for the design, development and management of Photobucket’s human resources initiatives. ­­Prior to joining Photobucket, Fred was Vice President of Human Resources for Rally Software, the leader in agile application lifecycle management, and previous to Rally, Vice President of Human Resources for Vallent, a global software company serving wireless carriers. Fred holds a BS degree in Psychology from Lake Superior State University and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University.

In 2014, Fred founded Summit HR Solutions, to provide strategic HR services and products for early-stage companies. Over the years, Summit HR Solutions has served as the outsourced HR function for many early-stage organizations, focusing primarily on hi-technology, knowledge worker-oriented organizations but also effectively outsourcing the HR function to Financial Services, Food & Beverage, and other industry segments. Fred led the company to successful growth and as a result, Summit HR Solutions became a multi-year recipient of the Mercury 100 fast-growth company award.

In 2021 Summit HR Solutions was acquired by Swift HR Solutions after a long-term advisory relationship. Fred continues to offer Training & Development solutions focusing on team development utilizing the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team framework and staff development utilizing the DiSC® suite of tools.

Karen is an innovative human resources professional offering HR generalist, business partner and leadership experience. Karen is adept at both strategic focus and operational implementation, spanning from start-up to Fortune 500 and across a variety of industries to include CPG, Biotech, broadcasting, entertainment, gaming, logistics, manufacturing/distribution, technology, telecom and transportation.

As a strategic business partner, Karen is passionate about the link between employee experience, customer experience and revenue. Karen possesses expertise in the build-out and rapid scaling of an organization’s people, programs and systems aligned to business needs. With her experience in HR leadership roles, Karen has been helping startups and transitional companies with foundational HR needs. Karen has experience with multi state compliance as well as Canada. She has helped companies with team culture and understands the difficulties managing remote and multi-national worksites.

Karen is a graduate from the University of Washington and a member of SHRM. She values higher education and manages an online study group with over 17,000 who are looking to share ideas and promote HR education and certification.

Karina loves working with small, dynamic, people-oriented organizations that are up to something big. As an HR and startup geek with over 30-years of experience, she combines her passion for accomplishment with her empathy for humans to provide a down-to-earth and flexible approach to solving problems and getting stuff done. She has served in a wide variety of organizations and industries supporting distributed teams globally and especially enjoys learning about and adapting to what makes each organization and team special.

Kate is a Sr. Level HR leader, who has worked in a variety of accelerated, rapidly growing industries from Ad-Tech and Big Data to Telecom and Gaming. Her passion is early stage companies where she can help design and implement impactful programs for all things people.

Her focus is to bring “light” HR processes to the table as opposed to heavy policies and procedures, so that companies can instead focus on pulse surveys, employee syncs, performance snapshots, talent discussions and metrics that matter, all of which drive employee engagement to fuel product and revenue success.

Kate holds a B.A in Communications from Gonzaga University and has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification as well as her SHRM – SCP. She attends ongoing HR meet-ups but mostly enjoys reading leadership blogs who speak of EQ, Generational Trends and Radical Candor.

Kirsten is an Executive Coach, Consultant and Workshop Facilitator who partners with leaders to expand their sphere of influence through a strong presence and powerful communication. She helps leaders develop their style and the courage to lead authentically, leap courageously and live fully. Her balance of gentle nudging and straight talk helps leaders make the change needed to be more effective, have a positive impact and live a more balanced life.

Kirsten has provided leadership and coaching in HR roles at fast-paced, accelerated growth companies in wireless, high-tech and biotech prior to making the shift to working at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. In each organization she designed and implemented effective people strategies, shaped culture and coached leaders and their teams to achieve higher performance.

She is a Hudson Institute and ICF Certified Coach and is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and Arnis. In 2012, she and her husband threw caution to the wind and took a five-month sabbatical to travel the world. She is certified in Strengthscope, EQ In Action, Strengths Deployment Inventory, DISC and is a Certified Enneagram Practitioner.

Kristi has a strong track record of delivering impactful results through operational excellence whether managing the HR function independently or working as part of a dynamic HR team. Her expertise spans the entire HR spectrum, and she is skilled at building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and driving significant organizational enhancements.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Central Washington University, Kristi is a proud native of the Pacific Northwest, where she lives in Bothell with her husband and two children. In her free time, Kristi enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and enthusiastically supporting her daughters at their activities and sports events!

Lisa has extensive Human Resources leadership experience, primarily in small to mid-sized technology companies. Lisa has held senior management roles at several companies, most recently leading the HR function at NetMotion Wireless, Inc. Lisa brings expertise leading a comprehensive mix of HR functions for technology companies experiencing rapid growth and change. She is recognized for a bottom-line orientation and her ability to align HR goals with strategic business objectives.

Lisa prides herself on her common-sense approach to HR and not being “that” HR person. Instead, she focuses on HR practices that are flexible and are congruent with business needs and philosophy, while also contributing to great culture. She is comfortable rolling up her sleeves with day-to-day HR tasks and moments later, engaging in complex strategic discussions. Megan is a solutions-focused HR professional who has worked in the sports & television, engineering, and technology industries. While her experience ranges from small startups to very large corporations, she really enjoys working with small and mid-sized companies during growth and change cycles.

Throughout her career she has supported companies and HR teams in areas including employee onboarding, benefits, HRIS and payroll systems, employment guideline development and navigating the nuances of multistate employment. Megan enjoys keeping company culture alive within HR operation activities and she is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

Megan brings her HR experience to her volunteer work in the North Seattle Colleges Cooperative Preschool program. She also enjoys spending time with her kids, cooking new recipes from different cuisines, and expanding her knitting skills.

Meghan is an HR professional who has spent most of her career in the technology industry, working with both start-up and established companies. She most enjoys working with small, early stage companies so that she can partner with the leadership team on building a solid foundation from which to grow.

Throughout her career she has assisted her leadership teams with a wide range of HR areas including benefits, performance reviews, organizational restructures, employee coaching, recruiting and employee onboarding.

Prior to joining the Swift team, Meghan worked with Blue Box Group, and assisted them through the M&A process with IBM. She also spent time at companies such as ClearCycle, Cranium and Cutter & Buck, working in a variety of HR roles.

Meghan attended the University of Washington Foster School of Business where she earned her BA in Business Administration.

Melissa is an experienced HR Operations leader who has worked in several industries including retail, healthcare, and technology. Her expertise is in helping companies build solid HR foundations and working in start-up environments. She is passionate about establishing best practices in organizations so that employees can be successful at their jobs and leaders can manage their teams efficiently.

Ensuring employees have the tools they need to feel well taken care of is one of Melissa’s core values. She is adamant about setting managers and leaders up for success by providing accurate employee information, data analytics, and reporting through robust HR technologies.

She is an expert in HR compliance, benefits and compensation, organizational policies, and implementation of HR and benefit management systems. Throughout her career, Melissa has led several HR teams through multiple mergers and acquisitions and high growth start-ups. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville and a MS in Organizational Management from the University of Colorado, Denver. She is an avid traveler, reader, and concert goer. She lives in Colorado with her husband and stepchildren, where they can often be found cheering on the local sports team or perfecting their love of French cooking.

Melissa Grandchamp is a collaborative human resources and organizational development professional, recognized for establishing and managing innovative HR infrastructures and propelling high-tech startups into rapid and sustainable growth. Recognized as a visionary human resources leader, she effectively partners with executive management to ensure all HR strategies, programs and initiatives are tightly aligned with the company mission, culture and goals. Before joining Ping, Melissa served in other human resources roles including P3 Services LLC, American Fundware (now Intuit), and Continental Imaging Products. She holds a B.S. in Mass Communications and Advertising from the University of Southern Colorado and has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. She is also certified in Five Behaviors leadership training and DiSC assessments.

Melissa resides in both Denver, CO and Fort Myers, FL, where she actively participates in both communities, and enjoys traveling, sailing and outdoor activities.

Michael Cindric is an award-winning, performance-driven HR Executive that has led organizations through various business environments including start-ups, change, revitalization and accelerated growth. His comprehensive HR Generalist experience in recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits, training and HRIS technology has been a strong contributor to organizational success.

Michael’s HR career spans more than 30 years with top organizations such as Comcast, T-Mobile and Eddie Bauer. He has partnered with Senior Leadership teams through front line employees to help them grow their personal and professional careers utilizing his expertise in team building, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia. He is also qualified in Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and certified as a Labor Relations Professional by the HR Policy Association. Michael served 5 years on the Board of Directors for Hire America’s Heroes focused on helping Corporate America better understand the skills and talents veterans can bring to public and private organizations.

Michelle Del Santo is a strategic, collaborative, employee-experience focused human resources and organizational development professional with experience in various industries, including technology, healthcare and natural foods. She has passion for building diverse, high-performing teams, fostering strong company cultures and developing people.

Before becoming a consultant, Michelle served as the VP of Talent and Culture at SurveyGizmo. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Operations at SurveyGizmo partnering with the CEO in executing all operations initiatives, including human resources, compliance, security, and customer success. Initially, at SurveyGizmo, she was brought on board as the first HR professional for this fast growing, boot strapped, technology startup. She developed and implemented all of the HR strategies, processes, policies and initiatives. During her time there, in recognition of the company’s strong operational performance and outstanding company culture, SurveyGizmo made the Denver Post’s Top Places to Work 2017 list and was also named a Forbes 2017 Small Giant.

Prior to SurveyGizmo, Michelle served as the first HR professional at another fast-growing technology startup, RegOnline. She established the organization’s HR infrastructure and policies, and organized workflows and operational procedures to support initial growth. When the company was acquired by The Active Network, Michelle was Instrumental in facilitating a smooth transition for all of the employees. Michelle stayed on board with Active, serving as a Regional Human Resources Manager, overseeing the HR functions for a region with a globally distributed workforce of over 200.

Michelle has over 10 years of Human Resources Operations experience across several industries including Technology, Finance, Not-for-Profit, and Hospitality.

Working as an HR department of one or a member of a larger HR team, Michelle’s experience has been that of a true generalist. She regularly owns responsibilities such as onboarding, benefit administration, HRIS Management, and process development. Additionally, she has supported several multi-state organizations and is confident in navigating those complex compliance needs.

Nabila grew up as a first-generation American, a catalyst to her never-ending fascination with people and cultures. Her career has spanned diverse industries including investment banking and finance, management consulting, real estate, and crypto/blockchain/web3. She has applied her skills to help companies scale rapidly through hyper-growth phases, downsize significantly following downturns in the market, and navigate pre-and-post M&A activity.

Nabila has enjoyed a global HR career. In London, she worked as the Global Head of People, where she helped the company grow from 20 to 400 employees and gained deep insight into how a company culture can contribute to operational success. Nabila returned to the U.S. for a Head of People role in NYC, supporting another high growth organization with employees spanning several states. She currently keeps NYC as her home base, serving Clients across the U.S.

Nabila holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from the London School of Economics and a BA in Business Administration and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University. She has a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC.

She has held the most senior level human resources role for the following companies: Corbis Corporation, MAJIQ Software and Systems, Inc., Callison, LLC and the sister companies of Wireless Advocates, LLC and Car Toys, Inc. Tica has been instrumental in helping U.S. companies expand globally, as well as helping companies headquartered outside the U.S. to expand in North America. She has extensive experience with U.S. domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.

Terry Page has extensive recruiting and talent management experience within biotech, professional services, and technology companies. From start up to large corporations, Terry partners with stakeholders to define needs and creates strategies for attracting and assessing talent for scale and fit. Working with all levels in an organization as both an advisor and hands-on doer, Terry enjoys the synergy and camaraderie of a project.
