Laura Pedersen

Laura joined Swift HR Solutions 20 years ago and has touched nearly every part of the business throughout its history. She has played a pivotal role in shaping operations and guiding the company’s growth. Laura is a problem solver and often wears many hats to help the business run smoothly and with the highest level of quality. Laura collaborates with and supports a team of HR consultants and leaders while also coordinating training and development workshops.

Laura has a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, baking and spending time with her family. She also loves to explore the PNW and travel to tropical locations whenever possible.
