For over 10 years of her career, Laura was partner of a technology staffing firm driving the sales and recruiting for the company’s technical staffing services to technology firms in the greater Seattle area.

Laura has been focusing on full lifecycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers to build strong and diverse talent pipelines. Over the years, Laura has built an extensive candidate network of engineers, operations, marketing/sales, and management professionals. She effectively works under high pressure, in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Laura lives in Seattle with her husband, 2 children, and adopted dog Baker. In her free time, she enjoys skiing and boating.
