Joyce Pardi has helped to grow small startup companies with a shoestring budget, and has recruited for large corporations. She has successfully recruited for local and global technology consulting firms as well as staffing firms both as an independent contributor as well as at a director level overseeing talent management and acquisition.

Joyce is a responsive, high quality recruiter with a deep candidate network across software development, operations, marketing project management and IT infrastructure. She is creative, articulate and passionate, she knows how to network with the right people and utilize the best resources to hire exemplary employees. Her diverse background in human resources, talent management and recruiting gives her a unique understanding of what a company is looking for in a candidate to develop candidate profiles early in the recruiting process.
