TU Jacobs

TU Jacobs is a tenacious and dynamic leader with significant experience building HR infrastructures, directing integrations, and leading strategic HR initiatives. Throughout her career, TU has made an impact by creating HR structures for virtual environments and small startups. She has earned a reputation for her business and technical acumen, having implemented policies, systems, and procedures that modernize the HR function. With experience in a wide variety of industries including high-tech, manufacturing & distribution, and gaming, TU is uniquely positioned to take organizations to the next level. She advises executives on how to scale business growth and sustainability by spearheading mindset shifts, new methodologies, and optimized HR operations.

TU holds a Master of Science in Career and Human Resource Development as class Valedictorian and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
