While most clients choose to use this time as two hours per month, you can work with your consultant on a schedule that works for everyone. This time will be used for one-on-one meetings as well as behind-the-scenes work your consultant completes on your behalf.
If you need more time, it is easy to add in ½ day increments.

The amount of time you get with a consultant will be much less than with our other services and is just enough to help navigate you through setting up critical policies and processes.
Q: Will I get the same HR consultant throughout my engagement?
A: Yes! We feel it is important to maintain consistency so that you are working with someone who understands your business and unique needs.
Q: What if I purchase SwiftStartHR and realize I need more support?
A: You can add consultant support in half day increments in order to match your needs. If you decide another level of service is more appropriate for the level of support you need, we will be happy to transition you to a full-service plan and credit you accordingly.
Q: I see a lot of HR policy examples and templates for free online. Why would I pay for this?
A: While there is free content online, SwiftStart HR is unique in that you have a highly qualified HR professional to help guide you through your people practice needs. We do not bombard you with 1,000+ documents, but only the select few that are needed for small businesses.
Q: What if I need to ask a question outside of my scheduled meetings?
A: Your SwiftStart HR subscription comes with phone and email support for quick questions or clarification

A: An HR Operations consultant will reach out to you within one business day to set up your first meeting. At that time he/she will walk you through the portal.
Q: What happens at the end of my 6-month period?
A: During month five, you and your consultant will determine the best way to meet your needs and goals going forward.
