April has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, from large global companies to small start-ups within various industries, including technology, innovation, finance and retail. She has held senior HR roles with global companies doing business in nearly all U.S. states and territories, as well as APAC, EMEA, Canada and Europe. Yet she has also served as an “army-of-one,” building out HR capacity for small tech and consumer companies tailored to their unique business objectives. April is recognized for her pragmatic approach and ability to roll up her sleeves and navigate complex challenges with calm expertise.
Approachable and proactive, April quickly builds strong working relationships and serves as a trusted advisor able to execute nimble solutions. Her extensive experience with M&A, legal compliance, organizational development, employee relations, people policies and the engagement of unicorn talent is valued by her clients.
April received her B.A. in International Relations from Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York. She is a member of SHRM, with senior and global certification, and engages with Seattle, U.S. based and global HR professional networks. As a leader in her field, she has been invited to contribute to a number of HR blogs throughout her career.
