Terry Page has over 20 years of recruiting and talent management experience within biotech, professional services, and technology companies. From start up to large corporations, Terry partners with stakeholders to define needs and creates strategies for attracting and assessing talent for scale and fit. She is excited to help growing organizations by leveraging networks, gathering data on talent, and offering an excellent candidate experience. Working with all levels in an organization as both an advisor and hands-on doer, Terry enjoys the synergy and camaraderie of a project.
As Talent Acquisition leader in previous roles, Terry has built-out processes, departments, and teams across geographic locations. From needs assessment to defining job descriptions, to sourcing and closing, she enjoys the full cycle of recruiting.
Along with a Bachelor’s degree, Terry is certified in Talent Acquisition Strategy from the Human Capital Institute. With free time she loves to travel with her family, play in her garden, and explore local foodie spots.
