Great managers know that what made them successful in past positions isn’t necessarily what will fuel success when managing others. In this 2-hour session, we explore the manager role and best practices to lead, develop, and engage others. A management self-assessment provides insight and focus to support professional development. From effective one-on-ones to addressing performance concerns, we cover the “how to’s” and the “what if’s” while gaining tips, tools, and templates to support sustained management success. Participants engage in polls, breakout room challenges, and chat discussions during this interactive session.
