Megan Lynch

Megan is a solutions-focused HR professional who has worked in the sports & television, engineering, and technology industries. While her experience ranges from small startups to very large corporations, she really enjoys working with small and mid-sized companies during growth and change cycles.

Throughout her career she has supported companies and HR teams in areas including employee onboarding, benefits, HRIS and payroll systems, employment guideline development and navigating the nuances of multistate employment. Megan enjoys keeping company culture alive within HR operation activities and she is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

Megan brings her HR experience to her volunteer work in the North Seattle Colleges Cooperative Preschool program. She also enjoys spending time with her kids, cooking new recipes from different cuisines, and expanding her knitting skills.
