Carolyn De Rubertis

Carolyn is an accomplished executive level Human Resources professional who excels at building teams and delivering business results. She has been recognized for her inspirational leadership style and dedication to maximizing the capabilities of others. Carolyn has extensive experience building the HR function in fast growing organizations to create healthy, high-performance cultures and is also able to improve on established HR functions in more mature organizations. Though she has spent much of her career in healthcare, Carolyn also has experience in professional services, technology and industrial organizations. Her approach is collaborative, empathetic and goal oriented. She has a proven track record of leadership, human resources management, executive coaching, operational management, strategic planning, process improvement and more.

Carolyn is a Seattle native who received her BS, American Studies from Occidental College and her MS, Industrial Relations from the University of New Haven.  She is a proud mother of twins and enjoys cooking, reading, flyfishing, volunteering in animal rescue organizations and being outside.
