Erin has over two decades of People and Culture leadership experience in the tech, biotech, fintech, retail, and CPG sectors. Her specialty is building engaged workplaces by leveraging data, supporting employees through meaningful relationships, fostering a positive culture, and enhancing retention. Her expertise spans executive manager development, leadership guidance, and aligning people initiatives with company goals to deliver impactful results.
Throughout her career, Erin has been dedicated to creating environments where people feel valued, supported, and empowered. She has a Bachelor’s in English from the University of Minnesota and acquired a certificate in Organizational Leadership Design from Cornell University.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest in all seasons through hiking, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with friends, family and her dog, Basil. Erin brings a creative and unique yet professional approach to developing people strategies that inspire connection, growth, and well-being.
