Natasha is passionate about aligning HR best practices with the strategy, vision and mission of the organization. She serves as trusted advisor to senior leadership and as a business partner in the achievement of business goals and objectives. She has over 25 years of HR experience in diverse fields including wealth management, not-for-profit and philanthropy, retail, food & beverage, and consumer products.
Natasha has a master’s degree in Management and an undergraduate degree in Political Science. She holds certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. In addition to these professional credentials, Natasha is a certificated veterinary assistant and enjoys volunteering for international spay-and- neuter campaigns. She serves on the Executive Committee for the Board of Fort Worden Hospitality.
