Eve Hewitt

Eve is a dynamic and creative HR leader who blends her entrepreneurial mindset with deep human resources expertise. With a strong foundation in employee relations, engagement, compensation, benefits, and leadership development, she partners with management teams to champion all aspects of the employee experience.

She has held senior HR leadership roles across various industries including manufacturing, technology, forestry and shipping. In these experiences she guided organizations through periods of rapid growth, transformation, and cultural change. Her experience spans global corporations, family-owned businesses, and startups, giving her a unique perspective on talent management and business operations at different stages of development.

In addition to her corporate HR leadership, Eve spent nine years fulfilling a lifelong dream of business ownership, running a high-end takeout and catering company alongside a sister sit-down restaurant. Her hands-on entrepreneurial experience has given her a unique perspective on business operations, talent management, and the challenges of scaling organizations.

A natural problem solver, Eve has a passion for building and growing businesses, particularly small to mid-sized companies navigating change and expansion.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Beyond her professional life, Eve comes from a big family and enjoys cooking for all of them, particularly after cross country skiing or hiking in the Methow Valley, where she enjoys weekends.
