Bill Swan

Bill combines solid senior HR leadership with broad business operations expertise. With a career spanning start-ups to publicly traded companies, Bill has served as a managing executive with full P&L responsibility and has successfully led organizations through four mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals.

Bill’s consulting work has helped clients in the biotech, construction, technology, and professional services sectors. In addition to his strategic HR skills, he brings practical experience with emerging technologies, including recent involvement in blockchain development initiatives.

Actively involved in the HR community, Bill regularly works to advance the profession through speaking, mentoring, and volunteer leadership. He is a longstanding member and leader of the Lake Washington Human Resources Association (LWHRA) and Washington State SHRM.

In his free time, Bill is passionate about reading, creating art, running, and hiking. He also enjoys traveling and discovering new places with his family. Recently, he completed the Rome half-marathon in Italy along with his daughter.

Bill earned his B.A. from Seattle University and holds a Master of Legal Studies in International Business Law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
