Jackie Haggerty

Jackie is a global HR leader who specializes in aligning people strategies with business goals. She has worked in both startups and large publicly traded companies, including Amazon, NBC, and Zscaler, and brings deep expertise across cybersecurity, media, manufacturing, real estate, and AI technology.

Jackie has built all aspects of HR from the ground up, including global expansion as well as performance and reward programs designed to motivate execution and innovation. She is recognized for connecting with people through empathy and understanding to build trust and encourage growth. She is passionate about digging into data to shape strategic decisions, developing people to their highest potential, and finding moments for humor wherever she can.

Jackie holds her SPHR certification through HRCI and has specialized education in Compensation and Workforce Planning.

Outside of the office Jackie is an avid reader and likes to spend her time outdoors biking, fishing, and gardening. She loves being a caretaker for her family and her 2 rescue dogs.
