As a leadership coach, I get to work with leaders to achieve greater effectiveness and joy in their roles. I enjoy working with teams to enhance collaboration and to achieve peak performance.
Kirsten is an Executive Coach, Consultant and Workshop Facilitator who partners with leaders to expand their sphere of influence through a strong presence and powerful communication. She helps leaders develop their style and the courage to lead authentically, leap courageously and live fully. Her balance of gentle nudging and straight talk helps leaders make the change needed to be more effective, have a positive impact and live a more balanced life.
Kirsten has provided leadership and coaching in HR roles at fast-paced, accelerated growth companies in wireless, high-tech and biotech prior to making the shift to working at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. In each organization she designed and implemented effective people strategies, shaped culture and coached leaders and their teams to achieve higher performance.
She is a Hudson Institute and ICF Certified Coach and is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and Arnis. In 2012, she and her husband threw caution to the wind and took a five-month sabbatical to travel the world. She is certified in Strengthscope, EQ In Action, Strengths Deployment Inventory, DISC and is a Certified Enneagram Practitioner.
