Wendy Treppa is an experienced, results-driven human resources leader with experience across a broad range of industries including technology, healthcare, higher education, and public sector organizations. She takes pride in building strong partnerships with leaders to create practical, well-executed HR solutions that drive business results and build a strong workplace culture. Wendy believes great HR can ensure every employee is able to deliver their best work.
Wendy has deep experience in change management, project management, organizational design, talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion strategy, training design and facilitation, and acquisitions/reorganizations.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master of Science in HR Administration, both from Central Michigan University. She is a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), a certified Change Management Practitioner and holds a Senior Professional in HR certification from the HR Certification Institute.
Wendy lives in Michigan with her husband, Steve and their two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys travel and camping.
