Beth Kester-Warner is a talent acquisition expert with 20+ years of experience building and scaling teams inside venture-backed startups and high-growth tech companies. She specializes in creating recruiting functions from the ground up, with deep expertise across AI, robotics, cybersecurity, and cloud industries. Beth has a track record of driving hyper-growth hiring while keeping systems lean, practical, and fast.

Most recently, Beth led talent management at Carbon Robotics, where she built their talent management infrastructure from scratch to support rapid company scale. Prior to that, she spent seven years at ExtraHop scaling the global recruiting organization to over 20 team members during a period of intense growth. Her career spans both the agency and in-house worlds, with earlier roles at Isilon Systems, Amazon, and Microsoft rounding out a uniquely broad foundation in technical recruiting and People operations. She brings energy, directness, and a genuine love for building teams that perform.

Beth lives in Seattle with her teenage daughter, 2 dogs, and a California Boa.
