More About Ann
Ann has seventeen plus years of experience in the human resources profession, including working in industries such as high tech, manufacturing, retail, entertainment, gaming, mortgage and legal. Ann has been involved in all phases of a company’s life cycle. Ann has held Director level positions at Evergreen Home Loans, Gaming Consultants, Inc. and Merit Financial. Ann has held Senior level HR roles at O’Brien Watersports, Accenture, and Bishop, White, Marshall & Weibel.
A strong focus for Ann is in working with business leaders to strengthen their teams to help business move forward strategically. Her responsibilities are wide-ranging, including coaching, strategic human resource planning, policy creation, and conflict resolution. Responsive and people-focused, she strives to adhere to the mission of the company and assists all involved with reaching their full potential.
Ann holds a B.A in Sociology from the University of Washington and has achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is a member of SHRM, the Lake Washington Human Resources Association and attends continuing HR education seminars.
