More About Kate
Kate is a Sr. Level HR leader, who has worked in a variety of accelerated, rapidly growing industries from Ad-Tech and Big Data to Telecom and Gaming. Her passion is early stage companies where she can help design and implement impactful programs for all things people.
Her focus is to bring “light” HR processes to the table as opposed to heavy policies and procedures, so that companies can instead focus on pulse surveys, employee syncs, performance snapshots, talent discussions and metrics that matter, all of which drive employee engagement to fuel product and revenue success.
Kate holds a B.A in Communications from Gonzaga University and has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification as well as her SHRM – SCP. She attends ongoing HR meet-ups but mostly enjoys reading leadership blogs who speak of EQ, Generational Trends and Radical Candor.
