More About Natasha

Natasha has over 20 years of HR experience in a diverse set of fields including wealth management, non-profit, retail, food & beverage, and start-ups. Most recently she has worked with several Seattle-based organizations including PointIt!, Oxygen Learning, Trophy Cupcakes, Elite Fitness, the Washington Research Foundation (WRF), and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound. Prior to joining Swift HR Solutions, Natasha provided HR leadership to a wealth management firm where she helped guide the organization through significant change and growth. Her past affiliations also include the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Seattle’s Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.

Natasha received her M.S. Management from Antioch University – Seattle and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. She holds certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. She is certified in DiSC (Thompson). In addition to these professional credentials, Natasha is a certificated veterinary assistant and her non-profit holds annual spay/neuter campaigns in the Yucatan, Mexico.
