Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellation notifications received at least 7 days prior to the program start date, you will be eligible for one registration transfer to the next available workshop date, at no charge.
  • For cancellation notifications received less than 7 days prior to the program start date, you will be charged 100% of the total workshop fee, and for an administrative fee of $150, be eligible for one registration transfer to another workshop date.
  • In the unlikely event that a program is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen events, we will contact you to arrange a transfer to another workshop date.

Understanding Workplace Styles with DiSC®

Working from home? As we continue to shift towards remote work, we experience new challenges in collaboration and communication. Being understood, and understanding others is critical when face-to-face communication methods are limited.

  • Have you ever wondered why it seems easier to connect with some people more than others?
  • Are you curious about how others may perceive you?
  • Would you benefit from key strategies to increase your effectiveness in communicating and collaborating with others?

In this workshop:

  • Discover your own DiSC® style and recognize the priorities, motivators, and stress triggers that shape your workplace experience
  • Explore other styles: understand the differences and similarities among the DiSC® styles
  • Identify strategies to make more meaningful connections with colleagues of various styles and work more effectively to reduce tension, solve problems, and contribute positively to your organization
  • Receive your personal 20-page workplace-specific profile report to learn about your style and key strategies for increasing effectiveness in working with other styles

After registering, you’ll receive a link to take the DiSC® assessment, along with online meeting access information.

New Manager Development

This 4-hour workshop elevates managerial competence and confidence by providing foundational management tools, exploring the manager role and expectations that surround it, and learning about mistakes managers make…and how to avoid them. Participants engage in table discussions and problem-solving exercises; immediately applying and practicing techniques and solutions that support management success.  $399 per participant

Next Level Leadership Development

The Next Level Leadership series of 3-hour sessions enables managers to dive deeper into key areas that they face every day. Whether new to management, or years of experience, participants gain a higher level of competence in their ability to communicate, navigate conflict, and coach others to succeed. Workshops may be purchased individually or as a series package: $349 each individual session or $999 for 3 session series package.

During the Effective Communication session, you will:

  • Learn your primary workplace communication style; its strengths and limitations
  • Understand others’ communication styles and how they interact
  • Learn to align your style with the message to support the desired result
  • Understand the impact of miscommunication
  • Learn best practices for individual, team and organizational communication

During the Navigating Conflict for Win-Win Outcomes session, you will:

During Coaching and Feedback for Results session, you will:

Respectful and Inclusive Workplace Workshops

Respectful and Inclusive Workplace- Staff Session

This 1-hour session provides an engaging experience during which participants examine current, real-life scenarios with an eye towards fostering conversation and understanding. When we focus on building a foundation of respect and inclusion, we minimize the risks of costly claims, damage to our brand, and low morale. Topics included in this session are:

  • The hidden impacts of a disrespectful/non-inclusive workplace,
  • Our shared responsibility to foster a respectful and inclusive work culture,
  • Appreciating others’ perspectives based on their unique lived experiences,
  • Microaggressions as an opportunity to engage in conversation rather than fuel conflict, and
  • Leading a respectful confrontation and setting expectations

Leading in a Respectful and Inclusive Workplace- Manager Session

This 2-hour session invites managers to explore their leadership role in a respectful and inclusive workplace. We’ll examine real-life scenarios, engage in small group discussions to apply the learning, identify hidden risks and learn how to address them, and learn a practical tool for leading difficult conversations. Topics included in this session are:

  • The hidden impacts of a disrespectful/non-inclusive workplace,
  • Our shared responsibility to foster a respectful and inclusive work culture,
  • Characteristics of an inclusive leader,
  • Appreciating others’ perspectives based on their unique lived experiences,
  • Microaggressions as an opportunity to engage in conversation rather than fuel conflict,
  • A manager’s obligations, and how to recognize a potential concern, and
  • Leading a respectful confrontation and setting expectations
