In this interactive 2-hour session, we’ll discuss the characteristics of a coaching leader, identify coaching best practices, and learn how to use a simple coaching model to drive meaningful and actionable discussions. With a focus on supporting success rather than directing actions, participants learn how to engage team members while creating developmental partnerships.
