Working With Caprice
“Caprice has been with St. Thomas School for more than 4 years now. In that time, she’s brought incredible value to the school by bringing us into compliance with a dizzying array of HR laws, making our HR processes more efficient, and by providing HR consultation to our managers. She has a wealth of knowledge about HR rules and regs and is always a great thought partner in approaching challenging management situations. She always has a compassionate approach to HR issues, which is very helpful to both managers and staff. Thanks for sharing Caprice with us!”
